INTRODUCTION
Michael Alcala has been actively involved in the real estate profession
since 1988. His work experience includes a mixture of single-family homes,
condominiums, multi-family properties and vacant land appraisals for various
lending institutions, corporations, Department of Housing and Urban Development
and individuals throughout the state of Texas. He is involved in all aspects
